Founded in 2011 by Victor Noda, Marcelo Marques and Mario Fernandes, Mobly is a technology company that operates in the electronic commerce and is a retail reference in the furniture and decoration sector, with a range of approximately 275 thousand articles, among furniture and decorative objects.
In 2019, the enterprise, which already had a distribution center in São Paulo, opened two others, in Minas Gerais and Santa Catarina, in addition to its first physical store, in São Paulo, plus outlet stores in Guarulhos and Campinas.
In 2020, Mobly further expanded its operations in physical commerce with the inauguration of another megastore in São Paulo and other outlets. Also during this period, the company was listed in the survey “Top of Mind”, by Ebit Nielsen, among the three largest Home & Living retailers in Brazil – its app having the highest number of downloads in the category and a base of more than 300 thousand active users.
In 2021, it celebrated its initial public offering (IPO), under the ticker MBLY3, and, according to the announced plan, the Company is allocating the resources of its primary offering to:
- strengthen the working capital and financial structure;
- marketing and advertising investments;
- capital goods investments – which include the expansion of new physical stores, distribution centers and the development of internal information technology.
