1. 2010

    Victor Noda and Marcelo Marques return to Brazil after their MBA studies in Kellog (USA) and, aiming at the market for selling furniture and home items on the internet, they join Mario Fernandes, who was returning from his MBA in Harvard.

  2. 2011

    Mobly starts its activities by raising funds from institutional funds, and mobly.com.br is put online. The German group Rocket Internet becomes a controlling shareholder.

  3. 2013

    Rocket Internet performs a corporate reorganization to unite all its investments in the home & living sector under the same holding company, thus creating Home24. It would become Mobly’s largest shareholder in the next five years.

  4. 2018

    The company runs a corporate reorganization and now holds direct control of Mobly Varejista and two other subsidiaries, Mobly Hub (transports) and Mobly Brand (licensing).

  5. 2019

    Mobly opens its first physical store in the city of São Paulo. Currently, it has 11 stores, including mega stores, outlets and Mobly ZIP.

  6. 2020

    The Company becomes a corporation and integrates another holding company that held an interest in its subsidiaries. At the same time, Mobly Varejista incorporates Mobly Brand and takes over the operations of the Company’s group.

  7. 2021

    Mobly celebrates its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and the start of trading of its shares in B3’s Novo Mercado segment.
